Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from new clients of all shapes and sizes.
Our clients range from agency buying teams to direct brick and mortar store owners and everyone in-between. Do you have live support?
Yes. We operate in all US time-zones. We are available by email, or chat. If you email we typically reply within the same business day.
Can I schedule reports to be sent monthly?
Yes. Either you can, or our team can set up an automated monthly report to be emailed to you or your team.
Can reports be white-labled?
Yes. Email partnersupport@savantdsp.com and include a 200x60 .jpg logo.
Is there a minimum spend requirement?
No. However, depending upon your planned budget, we may suggest consolidating your campaign tactic(s) if you were to spread yourself too thin.
Will I get a performance report?
Yes. We have a client dashboard that you will receive credentials to. You can log-in and receive updated campaign performance metrics anytime you want.
How do I pay for a campaign?
We accept two forms of payment, credit card or check. There are 3 ways to make payment:
- Pre-Payment by credit card. You can pre-pay for a campaign.
- Monthly recurring payments by credit card. If you have a multi-month campaign, you will only be charged for what runs each month.
- Pay by check. You'll receive an invoice by email for what ran the prior month. You have 30 days to pay by check. Your invoice will have remittance instructions. You must be approved for credit to be set up for net 30 payment by check.
